Why do we go to live business events? Professional development? Networking? Inspiration?

For me, it's all of the above. And that's why I'm currently attending NAMS 13. And , unlike a Vegas convention, what happened at NAMS 13 last night doesn't have to stay there. In fact, the entire point of this workshop I'm currently attending in Atlanta is to take what we learn and put it into practice in our businesses.
What are we learning? How to leverage online marketing channels in our businesses.
We only just began the weekend last night, but it's clear to me that this event changes lives!
I spoke with people from all walks of life last night: some were seasoned professionals who are just starting over in a new solo career, others have been making a full time living from internet-based businesses for years, and others (like me) are somewhere in between.
So, for those newbies, who have that initial idea for a new business or service, but they just don't know how what to do to even get a simple website built, this is for them. In fact, by the end of the first day of the NAMS Workshop, they have a blog and a niche with a product they can promote.
That’s just the NAMS 100 track.
NAMS stands for Novice to Advanced Marketing System, so there are 3 additional tracks just like in a university: NAMS100, NAMS200, NAMS300 and NAMS400.
For the more advanced students, there are tracks to help them get from where they are now to where they want to be with as much support as possible. Along the way, they create real relationships and sometimes even partners. That's what I'm finding is happening for my business.
Sound good, doesn't it?
This weekend, like at past workshops, every one of the 400+ participants is going to be completing an online marketing project together. What's the project? To sell the next workshop!
It may sound like an evil plot by the organizers to get us to put money in their pockets, but, in fact, the biggest piece of ammunition they are giving us is the fact that, for this weekend only, the next workshop willbe discounted down to $100… so nobody who has the interest in building their business online can possibly have any excuse.
I took advantage of the offer made during the previous workshop. That's why I'm here today. Because, just like everyone else here, my personal and professional goals for more freedom and flexibility with an online business fit right in with what NAMS is all about.
And the best way for anyone to get started is to attend the next NAMS Workshop.
When is the next workshop?
• NAMS14 (yep, we’ve already done 13 of these with great success)
• Aug. 7-9, 2015
• Atlanta, Georgia
• Marriott Century Center Hotel
• Workshop Weekend Only price of $100 until Sunday, March 22 at 5 pm ET.
NAMS is not for everyone. But if you’re serious about building a life with more freedom and flexibility by creating your own online business economy that supports you and your family, well…
So I really want to encourage you to commit to joining us in August for the next workshop today.
