I'm a big fan of Nick Unsworth, and really liked this video training he did with Gary Griffith – all about Facebook Ads. While I haven't seen the course they are promoting at the end of the video, I have to say that the content here is really top notch and highly recommend you invest the time… if you are interested in understanding Facebook ads.
