If you've been reading my posts have been following me online, then you know that building your own email list is vitally important. Not only does it give you the opportunity to have direct communication with your audience, but when you have your own list you can use it to leverage your Facebook marketing exponentially through their ad platform (I can teach you how).

One of my very favorites list building techniques is to use Facebook authenticated email addresses through the 22 Social platform. If you don't know 22 Social, check this out and set up your free account now.
I also like to use various opt-in tools which can be displayed right inside the Facebook timeline. One that I really love and use for both myself and my clients is called Timeline Opt-ins, which incorporates the power of video to introduce viewers to an offer, and then collects their email address in order for them to receive access to the offer.
Well it seems that, finally, Facebook has caught on to this trend, and they are currently in the final stages of releasing an addition to their ad platform, which will allow people to subscribe to your list directly from inside and ad… with no form to fill out at all.
