I'm constantly asked for assistance in this area, and I've searched far and wide for options to help. There are several solutions to make the process simpler and more efficient, including Do-It-Yourself, Done-With-You, and Done-For-Your options. Here's what I offer and/or recommend. DO-IT-YOURSELF

Hootsuite (Pro version) is a tool I used to use for myself and for clients. It's a great way to manage all your social accounts in a single dashboard, schedule your content, and coordinate with team members too. While I like it for centralizing social management, it doesn't provide some of the creative or content analytics that I'd like to see (though they've added a ton of additional stuff, like Facebook ads management and a Chrome browser extension for easy sharing).

I absolutely LOVE Post Planner. I use it in my own business weekly to find viral, proven content (which I can either share or easily re-create with my own branding) and to schedule my posts to Facebook and Twitter.

Commun.it is a Twitter (and Facebook, if you upgrade) community management platform, which helps you track and prioritize the interactions within your social accounts. It will show you exactly what to re-tweet, who to engage with, and who to follow and unfollow in order to most strategically grow your interactions.

DONE-WITH-YOU

MULTI SOCIAL PLATFORM MANAGEMENT: When I first started hearing requests from clients to manage their social media marketing, I started looking for a solution to recommend. I was really disappointed with what I found in the market. Most companies seem to provide an incomplete package, not fully recognizing or acknowledging the role that social plays in an overall marketing program. Then I found Likeable Local. Not only do they “get it,” but they also offer a range of comprehensive tools that do 75% to 90% of the work for you. And they provide industry specific content in over 60 different categories.

DONE-FOR-YOU SOCIAL CONTENT AND AD MANAGEMENT

Remember how I told you how disappointed I was with the outsourcing services out there? Part of the reason is that much of the work gets subcontracted offshore. Now there's nothing wrong with that (I have some amazing team members in other countries), but if there’s one service you definitely want to make sure is US based, it’s social media. Native English speaking writers for social media is critical. It’s not enough that a non-native English speaker’s English is correct. It also has to be said in the way that people talk, with an understanding of the context of western culture.

So if you want to have a full range of social media covered, and not have to think about it at all, consider my US based team.
